Heather Demers LMP


"My mission is to help people achieve optimal healing physically, emotionally and spiritually through receiving the gifts of therapeutic massage and energy work".



Heather has been a certified massage practitioner in both Washington state and Maine since January of 2005.  After commencing her studies in massage therapy, she found that it was the beginning of her quest to acquire more skills and knowledge to help others.  In her spare time, Heather enjoys hiking, skiing and camping throughout the Pacific Northwest with her fiance and their dogs Diesel and Chunder.

~Lymphatic Drainage and Bandaging  - a potent way to activate the lymphatic system, especially when the transport capacity of the lymph vessel is reduced because of prior surgery and/or radiation therapy. Can be used as manual therapy whereby the therapist effectively redirects the lymph in greater volume with less effort.  The effects are prolonged and continually restore the limbs to a more normal shape and function.
